Cirrus double-checks all the information before sending it to NPHIES

If any encounter has issues before sending the info to Nphies, users can view the list of every error on the Issues Log. Also, every encounter of these will be highlighted in red.

Cirrus validates the following prior to every send:

  • Diagnostic
  • Attachment
  • Nphies pre-authorization
  • Doctor Professional Card
  • Patient National ID
  • Insurance info
  • Prescribed Meds
  • Insurance Nphies License.

Send validity days to Nphies

To better communicate details about medications prescribed, Cirrus sends to Nphies the validity days of every drug prescribed attached to the claim documents.

Users can find attached encounters easily by their status

Cirrus displays a dynamic filter to the claim document, allowing users to view the status of the attached encounters. The status are the following:

  • Pending. The document is pending Nphies' response or has yet to be sent.
  • Queued. The encounter was successfully sent to Nphies.
  • No document. The user will see the No document error message if any pending encounter has no Summary PDF file attached.
  • Error. This status will be displayed when Nphies gives an error message response.
